Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all wiring harnesses, hardware, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx.
